Sacramento County holds scoping meeting for Coyote Creek agrivoltaic ranch solar project
Summary
County planners and state and federal resource agencies discussed environmental topics for the draft EIR for a proposed 200-megawatt solar facility near Prairie City SVRA; written comments on the Notice of Preparation are due Feb. 18.
