County Attorney asked to review the purchase agreements and to verify sole‑source claims for the multi‑year contract because the total exceeded $50,000. Commissioners then voted to table both items until the attorney’s review could be completed and the contracts fully examined. The court recorded the motion to table and agreed to revisit the items at the next meeting.
