Kim Ross sworn in as Maryland delegate for District 8, Baltimore County

Delegate Kim Ross was sworn in to the Maryland House of Delegates in a ceremony led by Speaker Pro Tempore Dana Stein. Ross repeated the oath to “support the Constitution of the United States” and to “bear true allegiance to the State of Maryland.”

I will do that."
