Miller said the 12,000-square-foot multipurpose facility behind city hall and the community center is progressing: foundations have been excavated, underground plumbing and electrical conduit are installed, footers will be poured next week (weather permitting), and interior floor pours are planned after additional site preparation. He said underground fire-protection work is roughly 85–90% complete and a fire hydrant has been installed.
