The annexation area, shown in the submitted plan, totals approximately 109 acres and includes park-and-ride lots, two parking garages, WMATA's servicing yard and associated parcels on both the east and west sides of the station. Staff said CSX consent for the portion of CSX right-of-way included in the plan has been obtained.
