Commission members noted past practice of tabling applications when an applicant cannot be present to answer questions.
Vote and procedure Matthew Weicamp moved to table the item until the March meeting; the motion was seconded and the commission recorded unanimous “yes” votes from Ann Marie Quinn, Rebecca Krepkie, Nathaniel King, Matthew Weicamp, Peter Keebler and Chair Edwin Cherneski. The item will be re‑noticed on the March agenda, and staff noted the applicant indicated willingness to return in March.
