Kelly said the contractor is now prepared to start work within about two weeks and asked the board to renew the variance so construction can proceed.
Commissioners confirmed there were no changes to the approved plans, heard no public opposition during the meeting, and moved to grant the renewal. The board granted the renewal for the front yard setback relief and related variances as requested.
The applicant must complete work and obtain required building permits and inspections consistent with the earlier approval and any conditions imposed with the renewal.
