District publishes bid schedule for Tatum library, stadium and stormwater work with summer mobilization target

The middle school auditorium bid process is likely two to three weeks behind that schedule, with an anticipated launch also on June 23 and an estimated completion in December 2025.
Staff said the district will follow statutory bid evaluation procedures (accepting the lowest responsible bid) and noted circumstances in which bids may be rejected, such as missing required statutory documents or bids that exceed budget; the board discussed contingency planning and the potential for re-bidding when necessary.
