The Development Planning Commission approved PLN MJDP 25-3, an amended development plan for Secure Justice Property Unit 6, Polo Club Center Lot 1. Staff reported the plan changes Lot 1 from a townhome-commercial mix to commercial-only, and found the overall development meets the EAMP residential requirement because a senior housing building on Lot 5 fulfills the residential component.
Staff noted Lot 1 is a 3.21-acre parcel within an 8-acre CC-zoned development and that the revised proposal calls for two commercial buildings of about 8,250 and 3,500 square feet. The plan was approved based on revised staff recommendations and standard sign-offs, and the commission also voted to accept the associated EAMP compliance report.
Applicant representative Josh Cecil with NJL said he agreed with staff recommendations. Commissioners approved the development plan and the EAMP compliance report; staff will complete the usual technical sign-offs before final certifications.
