The Planning and Land Use Management Committee recorded the following actions during the session.
Item 2 (categorical exemption and appeal for a two-story single-family dwelling, CD 1): Continued to March 25, 2025. The committee accepted the council office request for additional time. Roll call: Blumenfield, Hutt, Nazarian, Lee, Roman — aye (5-0).
Item 3: Adopted on consent (5-0).
Items 4 and 5: Adopted on consent (5-0).
Item 6: Adopted as amended after a technical clarification proposed by the Department of City Planning (amendment clarified district addresses and corrected motion language). Roll call: unanimous (5-0).
Item 7 (CAO report authorizing use of $85,000 in salary savings for Phase 2 outreach of the Environmental Justice Policy Program): Committee adopted the CAO recommendations with an additional request by a committee member for Planning to coordinate with the Climate Emergency Mobilization Office; roll call unanimous (5-0).
