Key approvals included a professional services agreement with Struthsberry and Associates, LLC for pedestrian-safety work in Irvington and Christian Park (CW-26-007) with a not-to-exceed amount of $199,900 and an expiration date of Dec. 31, 2027. Staff said the project uses INDOT's Local Public Agency (LPA) consulting contract boilerplate and was awarded funding through INDOT's special Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) call.
