The measure, reported out of committee by roll call, passed 9-0. Committee members recorded aye votes from Representative Brown, Vice Chair Locke, Representatives Heft, Johnson, Lucas, Weber, Yin (absentee), Webb (absentee) and Chairman Knapp.
