Chairman Brunz asked whether any commissioners or members of the public wanted either item removed from the consent agenda; hearing none, the commission moved and seconded a motion to approve both items together. The motion passed on a roll-call vote.
Planning staff clarified that for the Grove at Germantown Apartments sign the applicant agreed to have the base painted a different color as a condition of the consent approval. Staff said they would work with the applicant; if the applicant later requested a different color they would need to return to the commission.
The consent approvals were passed without recorded opposition.
