Planning commission approves multiple parcel maps, special‑use permits and zone‑change recommendations

At its Feb. 12 meeting the Tulare County Planning Commission approved a slate of routine land‑use actions, including five tentative parcel maps, three special‑use permits and recommendations on zone‑change requests. Most motions were approved by unanimous vote of the seven commissioners present; one item was pulled for rescheduling.
