Item 31 is a zoning-map amendment at 1023 South Geddes Street to change zoning from MX2 to R5 (high-density residential) to effectuate a lot alteration combining two parcels; Tolar described the map amendment as a routine lot alteration. Councilors did not record a formal vote in the excerpted discussion.
