Heath council approves multiple contracts, denies fence variance and moves forward on land purchase

At its Feb. 25 meeting the Heath City Council approved a slate of procurement and public-works actions, approved a real-estate purchase contract with conditions, and denied a front-yard fence variance request after public comment and deliberation.
