City staff described the work as the next phase of a broader modernization effort, with a goal of replacing analog monitors and reorienting the room toward a large video wall and four elevated, ADA-compliant workstations. "Everything in here is analog. As you can see, all of these monitors...would be replaced," a project presenter said during a site tour recorded for Stafford Weekly News.
