Duchesne County Library board recognizes several donor gifts and a service waiver

Board members said they generally do not solicit donations for collections but have made targeted asks for furnishings and equipment; staff noted API has donated for three consecutive years. The board discussed ways to thank donors; staff said they typically issue a receipt listing donated items or the number of items but do not place a monetary valuation on donated collections, leaving valuation for donors' own tax records.
