Daggett County Commission approves minutes and accepts cash and accounts receivable reports

At its Jan. 10 meeting the Daggett County Commission approved two sets of meeting minutes (Dec. 31, 2024 and Jan. 7, 2025 — the latter with an edit removing a lighthearted "arch nemesis" discussion), accepted the county cash summary and accepted the accounts receivable report and invoice register.
The Daggett County Commission on Jan. 10 approved minutes from Dec. 31, 2024 and Jan. 7, 2025, accepted the county cash summary dated Jan. 10, 2025 and accepted the accounts receivable report and invoice register.
Commissioners voted to approve the Daggett County Commission and Redevelopment Agency minutes from Dec. 31, 2024 as presented.
The commission then approved the Jan. 7, 2025 RDA and commission minutes with an edit: the minutes were amended to remove a discussion about naming an unnamed arch “Arch Nemesis.” One commissioner stated on the record that they would not vote because they had been absent from that meeting; the minutes were approved with that correction and the member recorded as not voting on that item.
Finance items received votes by the commission: a motion to accept the cash summary of all bank accounts dated Jan. 10, 2025 passed by voice vote, and the accounts receivable report and the invoice register were accepted after motion and second. Staff noted several reimbursements and pending items that will appear on future disbursement listings, including a pending Patriot Construction reimbursement and an Outdoor Rec reimbursement tied to trail work.
