Planning Commission continues Marriott Fairfield item to March 11

The Paso Robles Planning Commission on Feb. 25 voted to continue the agenda item for the Marriott Fairfield (file G‑2) to a date‑certain meeting on March 11, 2025.
The continuance was moved and seconded by commissioners during the meeting. Commissioner Veil abstained from the vote; Commissioner Kogler was not present. Chairperson Christensen announced that the continuance passed on a 5–0 vote with one abstention and one absence.
The commission did not take further substantive action on the project at the Feb. 25 hearing. Staff noted the continuance was requested so that the applicant and staff could prepare additional materials and return on the March 11 date. No public testimony was recorded on the item at the Feb. 25 meeting.
The Planning Commission will consider the Marriott Fairfield item again at the March 11, 2025 meeting unless the applicant requests a different scheduling outcome.
