Deb Wyre, who identified herself as a Harmony Towers tenant, described a neighborhood response and said council and the mayor’s office had convened multiple city departments to address the problem. “For the first time, they brought in a hot shower vehicle,” Wyre said, praising the mayor’s rapid response. She said city codes staff, the fire chief and other agencies had visited the building and that state Representative Nate Davidson’s office had contacted property management.
