The board adopted Resolution 2025-139, authorizing additional temporary budget appropriations in the amount of $346,072; it then approved several procurement and contract awards covering construction testing services, water-treatment services, local road work funded through a local freight impact program, interpreter and sign-language services, and other agency contracts. Commissioners also approved grant application resolutions, including a disaster-response crisis counseling grant from the New Jersey Department of Human Services Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
