In the finance section the board approved an addendum to the CM3 contract that outlined three bid options for window and door replacement: Option A (gym/pool windows and doors) at $84,490; Option B (buildings and grounds entrance windows and doors) at $27,199; and Option C (teachers’ entrance windows and doors) at $286,165. The board also approved a proposal from Penone (Panobi/Penone Industries in transcript) to provide asbestos-abatement project management services for the district’s summer 2025 work, pending final approval by the superintendent and district solicitor.
