Richland County transportation committee elects Paul Livingston chair; approves minutes and agenda

Member John (Paul) Livingston (as nominated) was elected chair after Member Pugh moved to nominate him and another member seconded; the committee recorded unanimous yes votes from members Pugh, Livingston, Weaver, Aline and Mackie. The committee also approved the Dec. 17 meeting minutes and adopted the meeting agenda as submitted by unanimous roll call.
After completing the agenda—including items on the Penny 2 project list, a contingency increase for a dirt-road contract and condemnation referrals—the committee voted to adjourn. The roll-call votes for minutes approval, agenda adoption and adjournment were all unanimous.
