At the start of the meeting the board unanimously approved the minutes from the Jan. 28, 2025 meeting and then voted to accept the assessor’s and hearing officer’s recommendations covering a total of 323 items, as presented by Tax Administrator Brad Neff.
The board also approved a set of "significant adjustments" — described by staff as three items meeting the department’s threshold of $1,000,000 and 20% — and approved the assessor’s recommended outcomes on plate appeals, where staff recommended accepting two late-filed appeals and denying three.
