Land Use Board re-elects Jesse as chair; elects Bailey as vice chair

Jesse was nominated and a motion to keep Jesse as chair was made by Bailey and seconded by Kaitlyn Schiller; the board then conducted a roll-call vote. Jesse acknowledged the board’s support, saying, "I'm happy to continue as chair." The roll-call recorded seven "yes" votes with one board member recorded as not voting; Commissioner Schulz does not vote on the Land Use Board matter.
For vice chair, board member Forrest confirmed he would relinquish the role if another member wished to serve. Caitlin (Kaitlyn) Schiller moved to support Bailey as vice chair; the motion was seconded and the board approved the nomination by roll call. The board confirmed both officers would preside over upcoming meetings, with Jesse running the meeting until he stepped down and Bailey serving as vice chair for the remainder of the year.
