Del City council and Del City Municipal Services Authority approve employment agreement for James D. Hawk

Hawk to serve as trust manager effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, and authorized the appropriate chair to sign the DCMSA agreement. Both motions passed with unanimous recorded votes.
Council and DCMSA made no substantive changes on the record to the agreement terms during the public portions of the meetings; councilors noted only brief discussion and then recorded aye votes.
