Clover School District to use FinalForms for 2025–26 registration; district staff highlight parent-support features

Dr. Dickey (district administrator) and district registration staff presented FinalForms, the district’s new online registration platform, to the board during the superintendent’s report. The district plans to open registration for pre-K and kindergarten using FinalForms beginning Wednesday of the coming week, Dr. Dickey said.
A FinalForms representative in a recorded walkthrough explained the parent experience: account creation, adding students, completing required forms, tracking form status with red/green indicators, and a “parent home” feature that lets school staff view a parent’s account to help them in real time. The walkthrough also showed translation support using Google Translate and more than 100 language options.
Dr. Dickey told the board that several nearby districts already use the product; he named York 1, Rock Hill, Chester and Chesterfield as users. Staff said the system includes a sports-registration feature that the district will not use for athletics this year but could enable in future years.
Board members asked whether FinalForms can capture health or medication information; Dr. Dickey and staff confirmed medical and medication forms used previously will be available in FinalForms and that staff can view a parent’s progress through the system to help complete forms. District staff responsible for the rollout thanked Miss Sellers and Miss Knott for their work on implementation.
The board received the demonstration as an informational item; no action was taken at the meeting.
