The board voted "no" on the item in a roll call that recorded the following votes: Mr. Bonilla — No; Mr. Botero — No; Mrs. Colucci — No; Mrs. Galdieri — No; Ms. Hernandez — No; Mrs. Hopkins — No; Mrs. McGregor — No; Mrs. Purcell — No; Ms. Shenek — No; Mr. Milby — No. The motion therefore failed and the decision was not affirmed.
Later, the board approved the remaining education resolutions (items 1–9 after removing item 23) on a roll-call vote; the transcript records those items as passing.
Personnel and other routine actions
Personnel resolutions 1 through 20 were moved and seconded and approved on roll call. The board also approved a motion to convene in executive session for a future meeting date (March 17) and adjourned after public comments.
