Deputy City Manager Kostick told the council the Feb. 17 open house drew "about 208 people in attendance" and produced 49 separate comments or questions that staff added to the project record. "It was a good opportunity for people to try to get educated on the plan," Kostick said, and the development team received positive feedback.
