KAYSVILLE, Utah — The Kaysville Business Park Architectural Review Committee on Thursday approved an internally illuminated wall sign for ABS Kids at 352 North Flint Street, finding the proposal compliant with the city’s sign regulations.
Staff presenter Anne told the committee the sign would occupy roughly 2% of the building facade — well under the city’s 25% maximum for wall signs — and complies with business-park signage rules. Committee members noted the sign’s western orientation toward Flint Street meant it would not shine directly into nearby residences.
The committee voted to approve the sign; Committee Member Hunt made the motion and Committee Member Jackson seconded. Committee members said the sign supports local business identity while meeting size and orientation standards.
