On Tuesday the Senate approved a consent list and passed a number of House bills on second and third reading with recorded tallies.
Consent list items approved (as read and agreed on the floor) included: House Bill 4 (Snowmobile registration and user fees), House Bill 14 (Solid waste municipal cease and transfer funding), House Bill 22 (Water and wastewater operator emergency response), House Bill 30 (Driver's licenses and IDs revisions), House Bill 41 (Environmental Quality irrevocable letters of credit), House Bill 45 (removing otters as protected animals), House Bill 61 (State land lease preference amendments), House Bill 69 (foreign adversary ownership or control of business entities), House Bill 73 (recreation safety — rock climbing), House Bill 82 (provider enrollment standards), and House Bill 92 (Wyoming Livestock Board memoranda of understanding).
Where the clerk recorded floor tallies during the consent sequence, the following results were read into the record: House Bill 4 (vote as announced on floor), House Bill 14 (31 ayes), House Bill 22 (31 ayes), House Bill 30 (31 ayes), House Bill 41 (30 ayes, 1 not recorded/conflict), House Bill 45 (20 ayes, 2 not recorded; recorded later as 20 ayes, 2 no in the transcript), House Bill 61 (30 ayes, 1 conflict), House Bill 69 (31 ayes), House Bill 73 (30 ayes, 1 not recorded), House Bill 82 (30 ayes, 1 no), House Bill 92 (30 ayes, 1 not recorded).
