At its Feb. 13 meeting, the Littleton Arts and Culture Board selected Cindy Hathaway, executive director of Western Welcome Week, as the recipient of the board’s 2025 annual arts award.
Board members cast ballots from a slate of nominees that also included Trish Sanjello of Arapahoe Community College, the Depot Art Gallery (Littleton Fine Arts Guild), Pride of Littleton marching bands, and the Littleton Symphony Orchestra. The board chair announced the result: “With 6 votes in favor, the winner is Cindy Hathaway. There was 2 votes passed for Trish at ACC and 1 vote cast for the Littleton Symphony.”
Staff said all nominees will be invited to the board’s awards presentation and listed in the program. The board handled the vote by written ballot and recorded the count as part of the meeting record.
