- Motion: Award on-call consultant Holt Group a contract not to exceed $59,561.84 for design of Street Rehab Project — Phase 1. Staff said Phase 1 is part of a multi-year program to maintain streets in a 4–5 year cycle; Phase 1 work includes crack sealing, slurry seals and related pavement-striping and traffic-control planning.

Budget amendment — Fire Department wildfire reimbursements: approved
- Motion: Amend FY 2024–25 fire department budget to reflect $140,419.23 in revenue received from state reimbursements for wildfire deployments (Boone and Line fires) and allocate funds as recommended.
- Allocation: Staff requested $113,815 to overtime and $26,604.11 to equipment purchases. Chief Mike York said the department will use equipment funds to replace older fire hose and other items; the state’s reimbursement process allowed a salary-base calculation that resulted in reimbursements exceeding some direct overtime expenditures.
