For Tompkins v. Pleasantville Board of Education the motion to approve the settlement was made by Mister Gibson and seconded by Miss Silver. The board approved by roll call: Miss Alberto — yes; Mister Gibson — yes; Miss Akins — yes; Miss Mello — yes; Miss Silver — yes; Miss Waters — yes; Miss King — yes; Miss Rowell — yes.
For White v. Pleasantville Board of Education the motion to approve the settlement was made by Mister Gibson and seconded by Miss King. The board approved by roll call: Miss Alberto — yes; Mister Gibson — yes; Miss Akins — yes; Miss Mello — yes; Miss Silver — yes; Miss Waters — yes; Miss King — yes; Miss Rowell — yes.
Board counsel said both settlement agreements will be maintained on file with the board secretary for public record in accordance with applicable procedures. The motion records and roll-call votes were entered into the meeting minutes.
