At the Bellevue City Council meeting on Feb. 18, 2025, representatives for Quail Crossing LLC presented a request to rezone roughly 16 acres at South 40 Second Street and Highway 370 and filed a preliminary plat for a mixed commercial and multifamily development.
Kyle Hohl, civil engineer with E and A Consulting Group, told the council the preliminary plat proposes five commercial lots ranging "in size from 3 quarter to 2 and a half acres" and a multifamily site to the south.
