Town staff on Monday reviewed a string of development projects moving forward across Little Elm, from new retail and pads to medical office buildouts and residential phases.
The presentation — given during a council workshop portion of the meeting — covered activity at several sites, including the Ace Hardware-anchored shopping area near Oak Grove; Oak Grove Commercial’s medical-office proposals; the Ladera residential phase behind the Ace site; finish-out activity at Azure Plaza on East University; and multiple new tenants opening or planned on Little Elm Parkway.
Town staff said construction of the Ace site is largely complete on the exterior with tenant signage installed. The broker for the project is actively recruiting a restaurant for a prominent corner; the only signed tenant reported at that time was a fitness operator called Bird…
