On Feb. 18, 2025, the Treasure Island Mobility Management Agency Committee unanimously approved authorizing the agency’s executive director to execute subaward agreements funded by a $20,000,000 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Community Change Grant for transit projects on Treasure Island.
The motion authorizes subawards not to exceed $2,382,935 to 1 Treasure Island; $4,788,248 to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency; and $3,200,000 to the San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Authority (WETA). Chair Matt Dorsey and Vice Chair Rafael Mandelmann voted yes; the motion passed 2-0.
