The Planning and Zoning Commission approved two routine conditional use permits allowing recreational vehicles as permanent residences (CUP 24-024 and CUP 24-052) and approved the Jan. 8, 2025 minutes. Both CUPs were recommended for approval by staff and passed with unanimous support from commissioners present.
Staff also reported a pending administrative renewal (CUP 25-03) for a forest-product-processing cottage industry (a sawmill) in the Timberline area and confirmed that the renewal request will be noticed and mailed to neighboring property owners; staff said the applicant currently meets renewal conditions and that the site will be posted and any complaints received would be addressed prior to renewal.

Parcel in AR-1 zone; staff recommended approval for February public hearing; no public comments at the meeting. - CUP 24-052 (Earl storage container on Garland Prairie Road): Approved. Both motions were moved by Vice Chair Rob Wilson and seconded; each motion passed on roll-call votes with all commissioners voting aye.
