Commission approves jail commissary contract, NMDOT funding and park grant in unanimous votes

Finally, the commission approved a grant award (ID 24-12487-6) from the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration General Fund in the amount of $775,000 to plan, design, construct, renovate, furnish and equip park facilities and infrastructure; the county manager was authorized to sign the agreement and amendments.
All three items passed on recorded voice roll calls with the commissioners registering affirmative votes. No recorded no votes or abstentions were entered on these items during the meeting.
The commission also approved an item allowing electronic signatures and noted the next commission meeting date.
