During general public comment, Carlos Lopez of the Center for Employment Training (CET) announced leadership changes at that organization. "Our headquarters are in San Jose. We have 11 training centers in California," Lopez said. He announced that longtime leader Hermana Sapien has retired and introduced Ruben Solario as CET's new president.
