She said the county previously produced bilingual handouts and that a fair booth would reach underserved demographics because fair attendance is free.
Rosenstein said she supported the bill because it allows personal choice and described countywide outreach previously conducted by county commissioners, the health department and local advocates. Her remarks were delivered as public comment; the commission did not take action during the meeting to adopt a formal position on the bill.
