The PDD would combine five parcels south of Luby's and north of the Murphy Mobile Home Park into a single zoning district that would allow a mix of light industrial uses and commercial storefronts. The applicant proposed reserving a 5,000-square-foot retail space in the project's northwest corner for up to one year and adding a community-oriented park on the southwest corner.
