The Boise City Council approved routine business items Feb. 4, including the minutes from the Feb. 4 work session and evening meeting, the reappointment of Abigail Morgan to the Public Works Commission and the consent agenda.
Council approved the minutes by voice vote. Abigail Morgan spoke briefly after the council granted unanimous consent for her reappointment, saying she had enjoyed serving the past four years and looked forward to continuing. The mayor and a fellow Public Works Commission member thanked Morgan for her service.
The consent agenda passed unanimously. During the consent discussion a councilmember noted Resolution 82-25, a GRAMA matter with Russell Corporation tied to construction on the Whitney Pool project, as an exciting step forward for that project. The meeting also included first and second readings of several ordinances (ORD-8-25, ORD-9-25 on first reading; ORD-6-25, ORD-7-25 on second reading). No third-reading ordinances were on the agenda.
The council adjourned following the evening business.
