The Huber Heights Planning Commission voted 3-0 to approve a replat that dedicates 1.231 acres of public right-of-way at 6900 Executive Boulevard.
City planning staff described the site as a development parcel located between nearby businesses (noted in the staff presentation as adjacent to establishments such as Dublin Pub and T.J. Chumps). Aaron Sorel said the city is adjusting lot lines to move property lines behind sidewalks and to record previously private roads as publicly dedicated streets.
Staff recommended approval without conditions, and the commission moved and seconded the motion from Commissioner Vargo and Commissioner Thomas. Secretary/roll call confirmed a unanimous vote: Commissioner Vargo — yes; Commissioner Thomas — yes; Commissioner Walton — yes. The motion passed 3–0.
Sorel said the unnamed roads in the plat were temporarily labeled “Road A” and “Road B” and will be given official names before the plat is recorded with the Montgomery County Auditor.
No members of the public spoke on the replat at the hearing. Staff indicated the administrative next steps are naming the roads and recording the plat with the county.
