The committee considered a Proxima Pipeline “Far East” application for a 4.87-acre tract located off Dancing Clouds, Emery Peak and Verdes Valley in San Antonio (San Antonio 78245), described as outside the San Antonio city limits in western Pear County and in Council District DTJ.
