While we were collecting some, PON list, it was discovered that, 1 of the little sliver of the parcels were not notification. We just rescheduled it to PNC just to comply with the state regulation," a staff member said during the briefing.
Staff said the boundary adjustment to the SUP 618 area was being made because the city had approved another SUP for heavy truck parking and the revised boundary needed all property owners to be notified before the matter goes to City Council. The briefing did not include a hearing or a commission vote; staff said the item will return to the Planning and Zoning Commission before being sent to City Council for final action.
