The consent agenda included PD24000004 (listed in staff materials as “190 First in Jomax” in Supervisor District 4), a plan of development for an RV and boat storage facility on an 8.3‑acre site and subject to conditions A through H; and Z20240060 (Whitman Storage), a zone change to C‑2 CUPD with a plan of development for a self‑storage facility on a site just under one acre in the Whitman area, recommended for approval subject to conditions A through H. Staff noted no known opposition to the first item and distributed a handout with one opposition to the Whitman Storage item; staff told commissioners the opponents did not appear at the hearing and the items could remain on consent.
Commissioners voted on the consent agenda by roll call. The commission’s motion to approve was seconded; a roll‑call recorded affirmative votes and the chair announced a motion recommending approval by a vote of 4–0. The consent recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for final action where applicable.
