OCI staff described the contract as a three-year agreement with an option for an additional three-year extension and a total aggregate contract cap stated in the agenda materials as not to exceed $1,823,152. Deputy Director Mark Slutskin summarized the scope as recurring landscape maintenance, furniture and lighting maintenance, trash removal, paving reset, and capital repairs and said CFD 1 "was established back in 1982."
