The Sandpoint Planning and Zoning Commission on Feb. 4 elected Commissioner Moe Dunkel as chair and Commissioner Wayne Benner as vice chair and approved the Jan. 21 meeting minutes.
Moe Dunkel was nominated and elected to the chairmanship by voice vote after the commission solicited nominations. Wayne Benner was nominated and elected vice chair by voice vote. The commission then moved to approve the minutes from its Jan. 21, 2025 meeting; a motion and a second were recorded and the minutes were approved "as presented." The meeting record does not capture roll-call tallies for these voice votes.
These procedural actions took place at the start of the regular meeting in council chambers and were followed by public comment and staff presentations on parking management and PUD procedures.
